Enroller: The person who brings a new customer into doTERRA. This person receives the fast start bonus and is responsible for training and educating the new customer.
Sponsor: The person under whom the new customer is placed. This person may eventually take over responsibility for training and education. A sponsor may be changed within the first 14 days, or if a customer upgrades to wellness advocate and gets a personal enrollment after 90 days.
PV: Personal Volume ― : Personal Volume - your own LRP. Must be 100 to collect commissions, 125 to get the product of the month. 150 is considered builder behavior.
OV: Organization Volume- the total volume of your whole organization, including yourself, people who are enrolled to you and people who are sponsored under you.
Rank: The Level you have achieved in doTERRA
Wellness Advocate: A person who has enrolled with doTERRA and has entered his or her social security number. This person may sponsor or enroll other customers and advocates and may collect commissions.
Wholesale Customer: A person who has enrolled only to purchase for personal use. They may get a package or choose to pay the $35 membership fee. They can use the Loyalty Rewards Program and the 25% discount. They cannot sponsor or enroll anyone. They may upgrade at anytime.
Fast Starts: 20% paid to you on your new enrollee's purchases for his or her first 60 days. Paid weekly.
Power of Three: a monthly bonus based on structure that pays out $50, $250 or $1500 every month that you earn it.
Unilevel: A percentage of the volume underneath you. Paid Monthly.
2% on your frontline
3% on level 2
5% on level 3 & 4
6% on level 5 & 6 (after you reach Executive rank)
and 7% on level 7 when you reach Elite rank.
Rank and Leadership Bonuses: Beginning at the rank of Premier, extra bonuses and pools for ranks. Paid Monthly, earned every time you achieve rank, not just the first time.
Retail: (Uncommon) 25% earned on retail orders. Paid Monthly.
